Tracheostomies present unique health and well-being challenges. Healthcare professionals responsible for tracheostomy care must possess the necessary skills to minimise infection risks and deliver safe, dignified, and respectful support.
Our 1-day Tracheostomy Care course blends theoretical and practical sessions, designed to provide healthcare professionals with a comprehensive understanding of tracheostomy purposes, potential complications, and optimal care practices. This course is suitable for those requiring an update as well as those new to tracheostomy care and ventilation, including but not limited to:
