The trainer, Paul was calm, amusing when required, thoughtful, honest, knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. I felt that he kept our attention and interest. The demonstrations (hands on!) of how to hoist were really memorable and I left at the end of the day very uplifted and keen to join the profession.
