Fiona was a fantastic trainer—engaging, knowledgeable, and very effective in getting everyone involved without ever being intimidating. She created a comfortable atmosphere that encouraged participation and interaction, which really helped reinforce the key concepts of the training. Everything was delivered clearly, with practical relevance, and I genuinely felt refreshed and more confident by the end of the day. The trainer, Paul was calm, amusing when required, thoughtful, honest, knowledgeable, professional and an excellent communicator. I felt that he kept our attention and interest. The demonstrations (hands on!) of how to hoist were really memorable and I left at the end of the day very uplifted and keen to join the profession.
