Sepsis claims 44,000 lives annually in the UK and costs the NHS an estimated £2.5 billion. Sepsis can be caused by a huge variety of different bugs, most of which we come into contact with everyday. This course has been designed to give you more awareness of sepsis, its causes, risk factors and how to spot the signs of sepsis
